Support the Manager of Logistics Accounting with Month-end closing and analysis, Quarterly PPR and Annual Plan presentation for the Supply Chain network.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities: (Describe the 5-7 major accountabilities)                                                       

  • Support A&H Consumer Domestic and Specialty Product Division monthly close, preparation of the Quarterly PPR and yearly Distribution Plan
  • Manage the Direct to Consumer/Professional Business monthly accrual and invoicing process
  • Responsible for reporting and analysis of monthly/quarterly financial results, providing variance analysis and insights
  • Provide brand analysis for new product initiatives, key strategic projects and special assignments as they arise
  • Resolve issues and implement improvement processes that will allow for deeper business analysis
  • Be a high performing business partner within the Global Supply Chain group, brand finance, and those that support the Supply Chain Leadership Team

Education and Experience                                                          

  • BS in Accounting/Finance from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in cost accounting / financial accounting analysis,  preferably in a multi-product, multi-plant, multi-warehouse environment
  • Corporate and or Divisional HQ Operations Finance experience preferred

Experience with SAP, GDW, BPC and Power BI report preparation a plus

Ability to work with complex concepts, analyze data and draw conclusions

Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills working with multiple peer groups and senior management

Ability to show initiative and make impactful decisions with little or no supervision
