Role Summary                                                          

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities        

Working Capital Management 35%

  • Manage Slow moving / obsolete process
  • Inventory metrics
  • Annual MOH in Inventory
  • CMs B2B Audit
  • CM Physicals review and approval
  • Quarterly 10Q purchase commitment footnotes

Direct Procurement Business Partner 25%

  • Align on forecasting assumptions
  • Commodity impacts / hedges
  • PPV insights / accounting

Assist in Month end Close, PPR, Plan Reporting 30%

  • Review and approve general ledger entries
  • Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts including GRIR analysis
  • Assist in modelling and analyzing consolidated Results/PPR/Plan
  • Compliance with Internal accounting policies and procedures (and SOX)

Lead Special Projects 10%

  • Integration
  • Large sourcing analysis projects

Education and Experience                                                          

  • BS in Accounting/Finance from an accredited institution. 
  • 5-7 years’ experience in cost accounting / financial accounting analysis role, preferably in a multi-product, multi-plant, multi-warehouse environment.
  • Corporate and or Divisional HQ Operations Finance experience preferred.
  • SAP and Excel skills required
