If the answer is yes - then look no further as Church & Dwight UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for an innovative Brand Manager to join our incredible Haircare team working on our Batiste brand.
This is truly a unique role for our FMCG business as the company moves into ecommerce. As well as owning the amazing Batiste Dry Shampoo brand we have recently acquired Viviscal and Toppik.
Your ecommerce experience will allow you to develop the UK’s capability and infrastructure primarily for our Batiste brand. As the role grows, you will work closely with the wider UK marketing team to establish ecommerce for other brands in our exciting portfolio.
You will have responsibility for the full marketing mix of Batiste so you will be able to demonstrate great experience across all marketing disciplines.
You will have a thorough understanding of the development and implementation of communication in all marketing disciplines. This will include above the line, digital, PR and direct marketing.
Other responsibilities include:
Creating annual brand plans for the B2B and ecommerce channels
Working closely with agencies to produce effective creative through the line
Working with Customer Marketing and Sales teams to establish best channel strategies and activities for our retail customers
Management of the D2C programme
