PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO
Key objective for this position is to lead, the most important OTC brand for the company in sales and profitability and transform Stérimar to reinforce its leadership and re-gain relevance in a growing market where new brands have entered with low prices and replicating our actual model of communication to patients and to the medical community.
PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO
Full understanding & management of P&L. Gross Margin, Operating Profit and COGS.
Understanding of implications at every level affectation
Manage & full control of Marketing Budget (A&P – Advertising & Promotion) by assuring optimal investment for brand development
Drive Market share growth by conducting plans and implementation of key actions to increase awareness and conversion to the brand.
Serve as marketing project lead for product renovations including channel specific products, labelling changes, graphic updates, cost savings projects and the execution of updated packaging graphics.
Analyze and monitor on a monthly business opportunities, problems, and competitive landscape, through different sources of information (including internal sales data, client sell out, financial P&L, Knobloch, Close Up, market research reports, market visit observation), using data to make recommendations for ways to better meet short and long-term business goals, as well as identify insights that can leave to new business building ideas.
Solid skills to develop communication Campaigns for consumers/patients and medical communities along with Advertising / Digital / PR Agency´s & assure strategy alignment. Must have the ability to develop & recommend communication strategies based on deep consumer needs understanding and research recommendations.
Development & Execution of the digital marketing plan as well as to have the ability to develop
Digital content / promotional material & lead monthly review of digital platforms KPI´s
Develop and execute MSF strategies to achieve the brands objectives with the medical community.
Work together with the medical FSF manager to analyze communication opportunities, route improvements, events participation & activities to be closer and relevant to the medical community.
Demand planning forecasting (Consumer Base Demand Model) / Collaboration with S&OP process along with Sales, Operations & Finance Depts.
Develop recommendation for adequate brand price strategy in line with financial objectives. Full responsibility of product portfolio management, by recommending short/medium term actions.
Leadership & relation with trade marketing. KAM & field sales force to support identify & develop specific actions for demand generation
Build strong and constructive relationship with Cross-functional areas in the organization
Control of activities related to Regulatory aspects to track/monitor for the brand, including proper level of sourcing and working capital
PERFIL DEL PUESTO
Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Administración, Ingeniería o afín. Titulado.
Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente
Minimum 5.0 years of Experience in Marketing as Brand Manager & demonstration of a solid career in the marketing area.
Experience managing OTC or pharmaceuticals products.

Full Command of English - spe
Proficiency in MS Office (presentations, formats, databases, graphs, pivot tables)
Marketing strategy planning methodologies / OGSM (Objectives Goals Strategies & Measures), Steps, Strategy development Planning, Strategic Value Consumer)
Digital marketing (social media / video / influencers management)
Strong background to develop brand equity, brand positioning and repositioning, including portfolio rationalization
Background on management and implementation of strategies for the medical community for OTC brands.
Knowledge of sales tracking databases and prescription market audits.
Market / consumer research experience desirable (qualitative & quantitative / AD-HOC research)
A&P management / media, promotion & trade mix. Command of P&L / Financial Skills including pricing and promotional tracking
Strong numerical and analytical thinking skills
