Role Summary

The Financial Analyst II will provide overall financial support to the Global Markets Group (GMG) Division. The successful candidate will support all management financial reporting functions including but not limited to month and quarter end closing, forecasts, and financial analysis for the Global Markets Group (GMG) Division

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities (Describe the 5-7 major accountabilities)

· Provide a broad range of financial analysis to support the financial goals of the Global Markets Group (GMG) Division

· Support all management reporting functions and systems such as actual, forecast (PPRs), and Plan for the GMG Division, including but not limited to preparation of monthly and quarterly close, and updating of financial forecasts

· Works with multiple groups including marketing, sales, credit, A/P, promotion payments, and subsidiaries on GMG P&L and financial systems matters ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the financial results

· Support COGS and Pricing analysis for the GMG Division

· Ad hoc projects and analysis as assigned for both GMG and the International Division

· Position will be a hybrid of onsite and remote

Education and Experience

· Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred)

· 3 + years of experience in Finance or Accounting

· Experience working with large ERP (SAP, Oracle) preferred

· International and consumer experience a plus

Skills and Competencies

· Strong business acumen and financial/analytical skills

· Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational and project management skills

· Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with SAP, PowerBi and Teams

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task; attention to detail
