We have an exciting opportunity for Warehouse Support at our Ridgefield, Washington packaging and distribution plant! 

The current opening hours are available on our 2nd shift, which is Monday - Wednesday and every other Thursday. Start time is 5:00PM end of shift is at 5:00AM.

The base rate for this position is $18.00 per hour plus, 2nd shift receives a $1.00 per hour shift differential. 

Newly hired employees will receive our $2,000 sign on bonus in $1000 increments after 6 months and 9 months completion of employment! 


Under general supervision, this position performs a variety of routine receiving and shipping tasks including comparing identifying information on incoming or outgoing shipments with purchase orders, invoices, or other documents. 


  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), company policies, safety policies and practices, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 

  • Participating in the receiving, transporting, stacking, order filling, shipping, and maintaining stock records in warehouse. 

  • Verifying and maintaining records on incoming shipments from production and outside vendors.  

  • Safely operating all PIT and or using hand truck to move, load and unload product.  

  • Comparing identifying information and counting, weighing, or measuring incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, purchase orders, packing lists, certificates of analysis, or other records.  

  • Examining incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items, taking pictures of damage, and writing observation reports, recording shortages, and notifying appropriate personnel and departments of any discrepancies.  

  • Updating receiving log and notifying appropriate personnel and departments of material arrival.  

  • Collecting samples for Quality Control. 

  • Calculating the square root of pallets +1. 

  • Routing material to correct location (warehouse, cooler, quarantine) and placing appropriate stickers and/or tags on product.  

  • Pulls from stock, palletize and prepare product for shipping.  

  • Reading work order or following oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved. 

  • Counting, weighing, or recording number of units moved or handled on daily production sheet as needed. 

  • Packaging, stacking, or assembling materials as needed. 

  • Keeping warehouse organized and all products put in their correct storage area.  

  • Performing other duties as assigned. 


High school diploma or GED plus one (1) year work experience and/or equivalent combination of experience and education that could likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the job. 


  • Knowledge of commercial shipping methods and procedures.  

  • Ability to read, understand and carry out oral and written instructions. 

  • Ability to sort, check, count and verify numbers.  

  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.  

  • Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.  

  • Ability to receive, track, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment.  

  • Ability to read and write and perform simple arithmetic.  

  • Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel.  

  • Record maintenance skills.  

  • Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.  

  • Knowledge of light equipment operation and/or maintenance.  

  • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.  

  • Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures. 

  • Ability to maintain punctuality and predictable attendance. 


  • Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment and clean room attire where applicable. 

  • Moderate physical activity, requires standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day and up to twelve (12) hours per shift. 

  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds. 

  • Must be physically able to bend, stoop, climb, and reach. 

  • Work environment involves minimal exposure to physical risks, such as operating dangerous equipment or working with chemicals. 

  • Ability to maintain punctual and predictable attendance

  • Must be able to perform work onsite and be comfortable in a light industrial environment, including some exposure to non-toxic dust
