If the answer is yes - then look no further. Church & Dwight UK Ltd have an exciting fixed-term opportunity for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our Healthcare team.
Responsible for two of our biggest Healthcare brands, you will take ownership for managing all allocated marketing aspects.
The ideal candidate will have significant marketing experience within FMCG or CPG and have managed healthcare products, belonging to all legal classifications (mainly medicines, MDs and cosmetics).
Your deep understanding of key consumer insights, backed up with rigorous category analysis, will allow you to lead the development of strategic, insight led, brand plans. You will create and brilliantly execute the plans through the development of compelling communications and promotions that prompt the required consumer, healthcare professionals and customer response to hit targets.
A great all-round marketer, you will be able to demonstrate an extensive experience of the full marketing mix. In particular, you will have a strong commercial acumen, as well as strength in briefing and developing all types of communications including TV, social and digital media and leading new product developments (internally and with external partners).
A background in both consumer and professional healthcare marketing is required, with recent UK market exposure. Multi-functional team management will be part of the role, especially with technical functions, so a good understanding of R&D, regulatory and clinical processes would be ideal. We work closely with high street chains and the grocery multiples so we expect that you will have too.
