Look no further as Church & Dwight UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a talented International Account Manager to join our Global Markets Group team primarily managing our Flawless and Waterpik brands in the Dutch market and other EMEA markets.

Church & Dwight acquired Waterpik in 2017 and in 2019 the Flawless business became our 12th Power brand.  This role works across both brands, managing Waterpik retailers directly in the Netherlands and managing even more distributor partners across the EMEA region. In addition, this role will focus on bringing in new business in the region too.

Amongst other activities, you will work closely with Dutch retail partners to deliver an aggressive growth plan over the next 3-5 years. This will be achieved through implementing the marketing activity calendar with retailers and distributor partners whilst managing all aspects of Region P&L. You will motivate, challenge and support retailers and distributors to maximize sales and profit growth.

The role is based at our London or Folkestone office where you will be expected to be at least 8 days per month. You will be travelling up to 40% of the time where you will meet with your customers and attend trade shows in order to generate new business opportunities and showcase our portfolio.

The person we are looking for will have:

  • A proven track record internationally with experience of building businesses in EMEA (particularly Holland) and driving sales growth.

  • Considerable proven Account Management experience in the FMCG sector, ideally also in E-commerce.

  • Good knowledge and experience of marketing and brand building activities.

  • An international mindset and fluent in English (essential) and another language is desirable, ideally Dutch, Spanish or Russian.
