Superviseur Production – Conditionnement

Description du poste                      

Sous la supervision du Chef des opérations d’usine, le/la Superviseur Production est responsable de la supervision des ressources du service afin d’assurer que les calendriers de production soient respectés, ainsi que de la coordination et du bon déroulement des activités quotidiennes au sein du service du Conditionnement, en veillant à la qualité des produits dans le respect des règles de sécurité, des standards établis, des procédures et des réglementations en vigueur. 

Gestion d’équipe

  • Fournir un leadership fort, des conseils et la vision d’entreprise aux membres de l’équipe,
  • Assurer une présence active sur le plancher auprès de ses employés,
  • Gérer les interventions relatives aux communications interpersonnelles, la discipline, l’absentéisme, etc.,
  • Participer à créer un climat de sécurité, de respect, de confiance et de bien-être au sein d’équipe,
  • Supporter le développement des compétences et la formation continue des membres de son équipe.

Service & Opérations

  • Participer à la planification optimale des ressources afin de respecter les échéanciers et assurer un haut niveau de service,
  • Travailler conjointement avec les services de Finance, Qualité, Ingénierie, Développement de produits, Validation et autres groupes des opérations afin de soutenir l'équipe dans la réalisation des objectifs de son secteur. 
  • Participer à l’analyse des indices de performance de production (KPI).
  • Supporter les mises à jour des procédures d'opérations normalisées (PONs), dossiers de production & contrôles de changement.

Santé /Sécurité & Environnement

  • Participer activement au développement d'une culture de la sécurité de tous les employés de production.
  • Assurer l’application et le respect des normes de santé et sécurité au travail et des règles d’hygiènes et de salubrité auprès de son équipe,
  • Effectuer des tournées de zones et des observations de tâches visant à maintenir les lieux de travail et les équipements propres et sécuritaires,
  • Suggérer et mettre en place des améliorations visant à améliorer l’emprunte environnementale de l’usine.

Qualité

  • Assurer que les produits soient produits de manières conformes aux spécifications et répondent au requis de qualité (BPF),
  • Participer à la rédaction et l’approbation des documents maîtres de production, aux investigations, procédures et autres tâches cléricales de son secteur
  • Effectuer les investigations et résolution de problèmes avec une approche scientifique et dans les délais prévus,

Productivité

  • Veiller à ce que l'exécution des opérations de conditionnement soit conforme aux procédures opérationnelles,
  • Éliminer les pertes de temps et de matériel,
  • Vérifier et compléter les rapports de production,
  • Participer activement dans les projets d’amélioration continue des opérations,
  • Effectuer tout autre tâche connexe tel qu’assignée par son supérieur.

Exigences :

  • Diplôme d’études universitaire en science, génie ou gestion des opérations,
  • 5 à 8 ans d’expérience à titre de superviseur de production en milieu pharmaceutique ou réglementé.
  • Bonne connaissance des concepts Lean/ Shingo. Accréditation Lean, un atout
  • Disposer d’une connaissance et d’une aisance avec l’utilisation de logiciel informatiques : SAP, MS Office, etc.
  • Une connaissance des normes ISO et des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) sera considérée comme un atout important ;

  • Habileté en communication démontrant d’excellentes compétences interpersonnelles,
  • Qualité de leadership très marqué, d’initiative, d’observation, de prise de décision et un sens des affaires,
  • Approche diplomatique, perspicace, proactif et axé sur les résultats,
  • Compétences analytiques élevées et capacités techniques de résolution de problèmes.
  • Habileté à gérer de multiples priorités et capacité à travailler sous pression
  • Bilinguisme essentiel (français - anglais).

Production Supervisor - Packaging

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Plant Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the department's resources to ensure that production schedules are met, as well as for the coordination and smooth running of daily activities within the Packaging department. This individual must ensure that internal standards requirements as well as regulatory/quality and Health & Safety requirements are thoroughly respected. The supervisor must skillfully manage the work force to ensure good labour relations and employee engagement.

Team management

  • Provide strong leadership, advice and business vision to team members
  • Ensure an active presence on the floor with his employees
  • Manage interventions relating to interpersonal communications, discipline, absenteeism, etc
  • Participate in creating a climate of safety, respect, trust and well-being within the team
  • Support the development of skills and continuous training for his team members

Service & Operations

  • Participate in optimal resource planning in order to meet deadlines and ensure a high level of service
  • Work in conjunction with Finance, Quality, Engineering, Product Development, Validation and other operations groups to support the team in achieving their sector goals
  • Participate in the analysis of production performance indicators (KPI)
  • Support updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), production records & change controls

Health / Safety & Environment

  • Actively participate in the development of a culture of safety for all production employees
  • Ensure the application and respect of the health & safety and hygiene standards
  • Carry out area tours and task observations aimed at keeping the work floor and equipment clean and safe
  • Suggest and implement improvements aimed at improving the environmental footprint of the plant

Quality

  • Ensure that products are produced in accordance with specifications and meet quality requirements (GMP)
  • Participate in the drafting and approval of master production documents, investigations, procedures and other clerical tasks in his sector
  • Carry out investigations and problem solving with a scientific approach and timeliness

Productivity

  • Ensure that the execution of packaging operations is conform to operational procedures
  • Eliminate waste of time and material
  • Verify production reports
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement projects in operations
  • Perform any other related task as assigned by his superior

Qualifications

  • University degree in science, engineering or operations management
  • 5 to 8 years of experience as a production supervisor in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment
  • Good knowledge of Lean / Shingo concepts. Lean accreditation, an asset
  • Have knowledge and ease with the use of computer software: SAP, MS Office, etc
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) will be considered an important asset

 Abilities

  • Very strong leadership, initiative, observation, decision-making and business acumen
  • Diplomatic, insightful, proactive and results-oriented approach
  • High analytical skills and technical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and ability to work under pressure
  • Bilingualism is essential (French - English)
