Le /la Planificateur de production & besoins matières est responsable de développer, suivre, contrôler et optimiser le calendrier de production, de l’achat des matières et composantes d’emballage aux relâches des produits finis, afin d’en assurer livraison en temps des volumes liés à la satisfaction des clients internes. Le /la Planificateur de production sera responsable des activités suivantes :

  • Développer un calendrier de production optimisé dans SAP pour supporter le niveau de service et les besoins internes.
  • Gérer le nivellement de la charge de travail en production et évaluer l’implication en ressources.
  • Cordonner le réapprovisionnement des matières premières et composantes et émettre les réquisitions d’achats;
  • Optimiser la capacité de l'usine tout en minimisant les coûts d'opération & assurer le bon suivi des indicateurs clés de performance départementale.
  • Gérer le processus de commande dans SAP pour ses lignes de productions, c’est-à-dire créer, publier, annoter et fermer les commandes.
  • Maintenir une communication claire sur les priorisations, changements et relâches de produits avec ses intervenants internes et externes.
  • Assurer le maintien des paramètres de planification du système SAP, de la performance opérationnelle et des Standards.
  • Identifier les écarts entre les contraintes opérationnelles et le système et recommander des améliorations de processus d’opérations, tout en prenant l'initiative de mener à terme ses idées.
  • Aptitude à cerner les besoins d'affaires sur une base continue et faire les ajustements requis.
  • Promouvoir et supporter les règles de santé et de sécurité ainsi que toutes activités générées par le comité santé sécurité.

Exigences :

  • Diplôme d’études universitaire en gestion des opérations d’un établissement d’enseignement reconnu
  • 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en planification de production en milieu pharmaceutique.
  • Bonne connaissance des concepts « Lean / 6 Sigma ». Lean Belt, un atout
  • Certification APICS, un atout.
  • Connaissance approfondie des processus informatisés – MRP, suite Microsoft Office, etc.

Aptitudes :

  • Très bon service à la clientèle et grande aptitude pour le suivi et le respect serré des échéanciers.
  • Qualité de leadership très marqué, d’initiative et de communicateur.
  • Aptitude a travaillé en équipe (coopération, motivation & sens de l’écoute, etc.).
  • Capable de démontrer de l’autonomie, rigueur, minutie et faciliter à prendre des décisions.
  • Habileté à gérer de multiples priorités et capacité à travailler sous pression.
  • Bilinguisme essentiel (français - anglais).

Production & Materials Planner

Job Description

The Production & Materials Planner is responsible for developing, monitoring, controlling and optimizing the production schedule, from procurement of raw materials, packaging components to the release of finished products, in order to ensure timely deliveries, to the satisfaction of our customers.

The Production & Materials Planner will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Develop an optimized production schedule in SAP (APO /ECC), supporting service level & internal customers.
  • Balance the production workload and evaluate the impact on resources.
  • Check the availability of raw materials & components and issue requisitions;
  • Optimize plant capacity while minimizing operating costs & ensure proper monitoring of key performance indicators.
  • Manage the production orders process in SAP for your production lines, ie create, publish, annotate and close the orders.
  • Maintain clear communication on product prioritizations, changes and product releases with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Update & maintain SAP planning parameters, operational performance/ constraints and standards.
  • Identify the gaps between operational constraints and the system and recommend improvements on the business processes, while taking initiatives to roll out his/her ideas.
  • Ability to grasp operational requirements and adjust the plans accordingly.
  • Promote and support good H&S behaviors and any activities generated by the health and safety committee.

Qualifications

  • Operations Management University Degree, from a recognized educational institution
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in production planning in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Good knowledge of "Lean / 6 Sigma" concepts. Lean Belt, an asset
  • APICS certification, an asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of computerized processes - MRP, Microsoft Office suite, etc.

 Abilities

  • Very good customer service skills and great ability to follow up and respect deadlines.
  • Strong leadership, initiative and communication capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a team (cooperation, motivation & good listener, etc.).
  • Able to demonstrate autonomy, thoroughness and ease in making decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and to work under pressure.
  • Bilingual (French - English).
