Provides real world experience and training in the field of Consumer Product Marketing with a highly respected brand and successful business. The time commitment for this internship is approximately
15-20 hours per week during the school year and approximately 40 hours per week during the summer.
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Assist with the execution of retail packaging, which involves working closely with cross-functional teams, coordination with outside agencies and management of project schedules. Assist the Showers Marketing Team as needed with various projects within the areas of new product development, consumer research, competitive analysis, digital content creation and sales support. Provide support to Sales and Marketing Teams for retail line review meetings. Provide other general support to the Showers Marketing Team as needed.

Enjoys a fast-paced work environment. Exhibits a passion for learning, sense of curiosity and a competitive nature. Possesses analytical, strategic thinking, communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates technical proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Education and Experience
A college Junior, who plans to pursue a career in Marketing preferred.
GPA: 3.5 or above preferred.
Other Qualifications & Physical Requirements
Reporting Relationship: Reports directly to Showers Marketing Associate or Marketing Manager, with oversight from Director of Marketing, Showers.
